Door-to-Door Sales Log App
Every knock logged, every sale on the map
After each door, tap in what happened: sale, callback, not interested, no answer. Add the amount for a sale and the location is saved automatically. By the end of the week you know your conversion rate, your average order, and which streets and neighbourhoods are worth a second visit.
One entry per door: outcome, amount, location. The map shows where people buy.
Also called a canvassing tracker, field sales log or knock tracker.

From install to first entry in a minute
Pick “Door-to-Door Sales” during setup
The log is created with the variables above and a few example entries so you can see how it works. Clear them with one tap.
Log as you go
Tap plus, fill in what you have, save. Timer, location, notes and photos are there when you want them, hidden when you don’t.
Let the stats accumulate
Sum amount sits on the log card, with the rest one tap away. Set a goal if you want a nudge.
Built for the way you actually do it
A map of where people buy
Every door carries its location. Open the map, filter by outcome, and the clusters of sales and callbacks show you which areas deserve a return trip and which to skip.
Conversion by outcome, not by feel
Mark "Outcome" as tracked individually and the stats screen counts sales, callbacks, not-interested and no-answer separately, with revenue only on the sales.
A weekly door target
Set "40 doors a week" as the goal and the rolling progress bar keeps the pace honest. Reminders nudge you on your field days.
Not just a form. A logbook that thinks with you.
The Door-to-Door Sales log is one log among many you can keep. Every one of them gets the same tools.
AI reads the pattern for you
Tap the bulb on Door-to-Door Sales and get a plain-language read of your trends, what changed recently, and a suggested next goal, built only from your own entries.
Goals, streaks and reminders
Set a target like three times a week, watch the rolling progress bar, keep a streak, and get a reminder at the time you actually log. The app learns that time from you.
A calendar heatmap per log
Every log has its own month view showing which days you logged. Gaps are obvious, consistency is visible, and one tap opens that day's entries.
Several outcomes in one entry
One entry can hold a round per outcome, each with its own values, and the stats break them out separately.
Photos, sketches, voice memos
Attach a photo, draw a quick sketch, or record a voice note on any entry. They stay with that entry and come back on every device you sign in on.
Every entry on a map
Drop a pin or search for the place. Each log has a map view of everywhere you logged, and saved places open directly in Google Maps.
Search across everything
Find an entry by title, note or value across every log, filter by date or location, and jump straight to it.
Yours, offline first
Entries save on your phone first and sync when you sign in. No account needed to start, no feed, no one else sees your data.
Who uses a door-to-door sales log
Independent reps who work a territory on their own and want to know where the money actually comes from, small teams before they can justify a full CRM, and canvassers, surveyors and fundraisers who need a record per door rather than per customer.
The log is deliberately lighter than a CRM: no pipeline stages, no contact records. One tap per door with an outcome and a location is something reps keep doing after week two.
What a month of doors tells you
Conversion by outcome shows the real ratio of sales to knocks, which sets realistic daily targets. Average order value tells you which product to lead with. The per-week revenue rate makes a slow week visible on Wednesday instead of at the end of the month.
The map is the strategic part. Sales cluster. Once a few weeks of doors are on the map, the streets worth a second pass and the blocks to skip are obvious, and callbacks with a location are much easier to actually make.
Frequently asked
Can my whole team log into one shared area map?
Shared logs, where several people add to the same log and see each other’s entries live, are in development. Today each rep keeps their own log; a shared map is the first thing the shared-log feature will unlock.
Does it work offline in the field?
Yes. Entries save on the phone and sync when you are back on a connection, so a dead spot in a stairwell costs you nothing.
Can I track products or callbacks in more detail?
Add a text variable such as "Product" or a number variable such as "Units". For callbacks, put the time in the notes and set a reminder on the log for the day you are back in that street.
Is it only for sales?
Any door-to-door work fits: canvassing, surveys, meter reading, delivery attempts. Rename the outcomes and the log is yours.
