Caffeine Tracker App
Know when the last one was
Cutting caffeine, or just sleeping badly, starts with a number you do not have: how much, and how late. Log each drink as a round with its type and milligrams, and the app gives you milligrams per day, cups per week and, because every round has a time, when the last one went in. Put the Sleep log next to it and the pattern is hard to miss.
Each drink is a round with its milligrams. The time is the part that matters.
Also called a coffee intake log, caffeine diary or coffee counter.
The Caffeine log, out of the box
One entry can hold several rounds — each drink with its own values — and the stats break them out separately.
| Variable | Type | Stats shown |
|---|---|---|
| Drink | Text · tracked individually | Own stats per value |
| Caffeine · mg | Number | Sum, Avg per day, Count |
| Timer | Built in | Total time, per entry duration |
| Location | Built in | Pin or place, shown on the log map |

From install to first entry in a minute
Pick “Caffeine” during setup
The log is created with the variables above and a few example entries so you can see how it works. Clear them with one tap.
Log as you go
Tap plus, fill in what you have, save. Timer, location, notes and photos are there when you want them, hidden when you don’t.
Let the stats accumulate
Sum caffeine sits on the log card, with the rest one tap away. Set a goal if you want a nudge.
Built for the way you actually do it
Milligrams, not cups
An espresso and a large filter coffee are not the same. Each drink type carries its milligrams, and per-drink stats show where the load really comes from.
The last-drink time
Every round is timestamped. Scroll a bad night's previous day and the late energy drink is right there.
Next to your sleep
Keep the Sleep log tagged “health” alongside. Milligrams per day against sleep quality is the comparison that changes habits.
Not just a form. A logbook that thinks with you.
The Caffeine log is one log among many you can keep. Every one of them gets the same tools.
AI reads the pattern for you
Tap the bulb on Caffeine and get a plain-language read of your trends, what changed recently, and a suggested next goal, built only from your own entries.
Goals, streaks and reminders
Set a target like three times a week, watch the rolling progress bar, keep a streak, and get a reminder at the time you actually log. The app learns that time from you.
A calendar heatmap per log
Every log has its own month view showing which days you logged. Gaps are obvious, consistency is visible, and one tap opens that day's entries.
Several drinks in one entry
One entry can hold a round per drink, each with its own values, and the stats break them out separately.
Photos, sketches, voice memos
Attach a photo, draw a quick sketch, or record a voice note on any entry. They stay with that entry and come back on every device you sign in on.
Every entry on a map
Drop a pin or search for the place. Each log has a map view of everywhere you logged, and saved places open directly in Google Maps.
Search across everything
Find an entry by title, note or value across every log, filter by date or location, and jump straight to it.
Yours, offline first
Entries save on your phone first and sync when you sign in. No account needed to start, no feed, no one else sees your data.
Who tracks caffeine
People who sleep badly and suspect why, anyone tapering off coffee who wants the taper to be real, and those who drink energy drinks without ever adding them up. It also suits people with anxiety or palpitations who were asked by a doctor to keep count.
The log is neutral; it counts, it does not nag.
What two weeks of drinks show
Milligrams per day is usually higher than people guess, and the per-drink breakdown names the culprit. The count of drinks per day next to the sleep quality from the other log tells you your personal cut-off time within a fortnight.
A taper shows up as a falling per-day average, which is far more motivating than a vow.
Frequently asked
Does it know the caffeine content of drinks?
No database; you type the milligrams once per drink type and the quick-pick offers it next time. Typical values are on the packaging or a quick search away.
Can I set a daily limit?
The goal counts logged days, so the habit is the target. Milligrams per day is the stat you compare with your own limit.
Is this medical advice?
No. It is a record. If you are pregnant, on medication or have a heart condition, ask your doctor what limit applies to you.
