Habit Tracker App
All your habits in one daily entry
Streaks punish one missed day. Rates do not. Log the day’s habits as rounds inside one entry, mark each done or not, and the per-habit breakdown shows how many times a week each one really happens. Missing Tuesday does not erase Monday.
Each habit is a round. Rates per week, not streaks.
Also called a habit log, routine tracker or habit journal.
The Habits log, out of the box
One entry can hold several rounds — each habit with its own values — and the stats break them out separately.
| Variable | Type | Stats shown |
|---|---|---|
| Habit | Text · tracked individually | Own stats per value |
| Done | Number | Sum, Avg per week |
| Timer | Built in | Total time, per entry duration |

What the Habits log looks like
A real screenshot, not a mockup: the stats up top, a breakdown per habit, the streak and the calendar heatmap, with the entries below. Every number comes from the entries you add.
From install to first entry in a minute
Pick “Habits” during setup
The log is created with the variables above and a few example entries so you can see how it works. Clear them with one tap.
Log as you go
Tap plus, fill in what you have, save. Timer, location, notes and photos are there when you want them, hidden when you don’t.
Let the stats accumulate
Sum done sits on the log card, with the rest one tap away. Set a goal if you want a nudge.
Built for the way you actually do it
Per-habit rates
Mark “Habit” as tracked individually and each one gets its own line: done 5 of 7 this week, average per week over the month. The honest number, not a streak.
One entry a day
Three habits, one entry, three rounds. It takes fifteen seconds in the evening and the reminder makes sure the evening includes it.
Change the list any time
Habits come and go. Add a new round tomorrow, stop logging an old one; the stats for each stay intact.
Not just a form. A logbook that thinks with you.
The Habits log is one log among many you can keep. Every one of them gets the same tools.
AI reads the pattern for you
Tap the bulb on Habits and get a plain-language read of your trends, what changed recently, and a suggested next goal, built only from your own entries.
Goals, streaks and reminders
Set a target like three times a week, watch the rolling progress bar, keep a streak, and get a reminder at the time you actually log. The app learns that time from you.
A calendar heatmap per log
Every log has its own month view showing which days you logged. Gaps are obvious, consistency is visible, and one tap opens that day's entries.
Several habits in one entry
One entry can hold a round per habit, each with its own values, and the stats break them out separately.
Photos, sketches, voice memos
Attach a photo, draw a quick sketch, or record a voice note on any entry. They stay with that entry and come back on every device you sign in on.
Every entry on a map
Drop a pin or search for the place. Each log has a map view of everywhere you logged, and saved places open directly in Google Maps.
Search across everything
Find an entry by title, note or value across every log, filter by date or location, and jump straight to it.
Yours, offline first
Entries save on your phone first and sync when you sign in. No account needed to start, no feed, no one else sees your data.
Who tracks habits this way
People who have burned out on gamified habit apps, anyone building two or three routines at once, and those who prefer an evening review to a stream of notifications.
It also suits habits that are not daily by design: “gym” at three times a week shows up as a rate, not as a broken streak every rest day.
What the numbers say after a month
Per-habit rates make it obvious which habit is established and which is still a wish. Usually one habit sits at six or seven a week and another at two; the honest move is to drop the second or shrink it.
The notes on the missed days tell you what breaks the routine: travel, late nights, a specific weekday. That is where a fix lives.
Frequently asked
Why not streaks?
Streaks work until they break, and then most people quit. A weekly rate keeps rewarding you for the days you did show up.
Can I track a habit with an amount, like glasses of water?
Yes. Instead of “Done” use a number variable such as “Glasses” and the sum and per-day rate work automatically.
Does it support reminders?
Yes, one reminder per log with your own message and days of the week. Put the reminder at the time you usually wind down.
